This page is updated regularly with the most recent information about Community Healthlink programs transitioning to new organizations/operators. 

 

About These Updates

Community Healthlink is working with community organizations and state agencies to transition its programs to new operators. Because these plans are being developed individually for each program:

  • Changes will occur at different times and dates
  • Programs will be affected in different ways as they transition to new operators.

As part of this process, impacted employees must receive a 60-day written notice under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act ("WARN notice") prior to their Community Healthlink position ending and their program transitioning to a new operator. Despite the issuing of these notices, most of these programs will continue to operate and many impacted employees will likely find employment with the new operator. Eventually, all employees at Community Healthlink will receive a notice of the ending of their Community Healthlink employment as their programs transition to a new operator.

Current Status: Programs Remain Open for Referrals

Many Community Healthlink programs remain open and operational at this time.
