Marlborough Campus Construction June 8, 2026

UMass Memorial Medical Center’s Marlborough Campus will see an increased presence of construction work and personnel in our parking lots. 

Starting Date: Monday, June 8

Expected Duration: Two weeks

To minimize disruption to traffic flow and maintain access to hospital services, the project will be completed in multiple phases.

We encourage visitors to check this page regularly for updates on project progress and any temporary changes to parking or access routes. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete these important improvements to our Marlborough Campus.

Please allow extra time if planning to visit the campus.

Phases of Construction

Monday, June 8

Utility work to begin at Marlborough Cancer Center rear parking lot. Patients and visitors will have priority parking, however, please allow extra time if visiting the Cancer Center. Valet is onsite to assist.
