In April, UMass Memorial Health - Milford Regional transitioned to UMass Memorial Health’s electronic medical record (EMR) system, Epic. This enhancement provides patients a more seamless, connected and efficient health care experience. Actions and Intentions

After completing MBSR or MBCT, many participants are interested in continuing their practice in community. This six-week alumni course is designed to support that next step. The course meets once a week for two hours, with home practice between sessions similar to MBSR and MBCT. It concludes during the week of the All-Day Retreat, which participants are invited to attend.
