Our team prioritizes patient safety. As our patient, we want you to play a part in making your care safe, too. Here is how you can be an active, involved and informed member of your health care team.

  1. Speak up if you have questions or concerns.
  2. Pay attention to the care you are receiving.
  3. Educate yourself about your condition, treatment plan and any medical tests you are having. You are encouraged to access your medical record through our patient portal MyChart.
