Sometimes we are not able to verify your insurance information during your Emergency Department visit. When that happens, we may need to contact you after your visit so we can bill your insurance correctly.
Please call Customer Service at 1-800-225-8885 and have this information ready:
- Patient name
- Date of birth
- Name of your insurance plan
- Insurance member ID or policy number
